  • Prospective Ph.D. students must apply for the doctorate program in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Florida in order to join the Jang Lab. We follow the advisor matching process of our Department.
    Please visit our department website and contact the ChE academic advisor if you may have questions. 

  • Prospective master students in Chemical Engineering and other Engineering departments at UF should contact Dr. Jang directly via email with your resume, a copy of your transcript (accept unofficial), and 1 page of research statement. 

  • Prospective undergraduate students for research credits: Please contact Dr. Jang directly to discuss open positions before each semester begins (Due Date: December 20 for Spring, May 1 for Summer, August 20 for Fall). Please send your resume and one page of state of purpose about why and what kinds of research you want to do in the Jang Lab via email.
